SpaTerre explores the depths of relaxation with Global rituals such as the Javanese Royal Treatment -- culled from Javanese Palaces -- the signature spa treatment of SpaTerre. The treatment uses regal preparation throughout a luxurious Balinese spa massage with essential oil, herbal exfoliation, cool yogurt splash and aromatic shower. Java royalty undergo this spa treatment for forty days prior to their weddings, as lulur powder leaves a light golden glow on skin, the sign of ultimate beauty.
Following lavish rituals, day spa goers can choose to linger a little longer by adding on a traditional Japanese Relaxation Tub experience, soaking in fragrance-infused water topped with rose petals. To complete the Spa Resort Journey, guests may also opt for a Hydrotherapy Shower in the “Peace” room, with seven warm water jets massaging in fluid motions, stimulating and softening skin.
Captivated by the cool and calming effect of the resort, guests indulge in a truly restorative spa treatment experience with an outdoor spa massage set to the backdrop of lush landscaping and cascading falls pools under snowy white cabanas. About your SpaTerre Visit
SpaScheduling
To ensure your desired time, make your spa reservation early. All spa services can be billed to your room or paid for with a major credit card. If you would like to request a particular therapist, please let us know when you book your spa appointment.
SpaCancellation Policy
We require a four-hour notice to cancel without charge. You will be charged the full price of your spa service if you cancel within four hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up. Rescheduling your appointment within four hours of your scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% your spa treatment’s value. We will make every attempt to fill your vacant appointment time, and will not charge you if we are able to do so.
Upon Arriving
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your spa appointment time. For facial and body services, feel free to arrive in your bathrobe and sandals or in whatever is comfortable.
Punctuality
If you arrive late, your spa treatment may be modified and billed at the original cost. All spa services will end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
