Get the Party Started
With vows consummated, the newlyweds and guests will stroll down Lantern Lane, a brick breezeway flanked by regal columns, lit by candles and graced by bamboo and lush native foliage. It’s a must-stop for post-ceremony photos.
Then it’s on to the reception, where LaPlaya offers plenty of choices.
For indoor/outdoor revelry, there’s our two opulent ballrooms: the Vanderbilt, which accommodates up to 350 guests; and the more intimate but no less stunning Bayview, which can handle 175. Both feature four sets of French doors that open onto a lovely terrace with sweeping views of Vanderbilt Bay.
